My step doesn’t retract when I start Motorhome or push the button just inside the door.
I have been told it needs a new motor, I need some help in finding a new motor so any help would be very much appreciated
This is a photo of the faulty motor

Living the dream.
Are you sure it’s not the plastic gear that’s broken? Quite a common problem I believe.

Here's a link to a thread concerning the Project 2000 step which may help.

If it is the gearing that has seared then 3D printing may be the answer to replacements.
