We have one of these installed. Does anyone know?
1 How to change the battery in the remote? I can't seem to easily get it apart, there must be an easy way. Picture attached.
2 The remote give three red flashes when any of the buttons are pressed. Does this mean it has lost pairing or something else?

Be much obliged if someone has some insights or even manuals for them!

Many thanks!

Just to answer my own question, if someone is searching to find out the answer!

I replaced the batteries in the remote, in my case it was two AAA cells. This was done eventually by sliding the covers apart, it was not easy, as the side silver holder was very delicate with tabs that locked into the white casing.

I found a document from Thule that described the pairing process. See here for the Thule document and Page 27 for the details. Rose awnings were very helpful as well. Basically you have to interrupt the mains power for two seconds, and then press the center square on the remote for five seconds. The Thule instructions give more details on other ways of decoupling a remote, and setting up the stops.

Hope this helps someone.

Cheers
