So I have nearly removed the Thule bike rack my Autocruise Accent came with. I cannot work out how to get these top fixings out..any ideas please? Bottom fixings screws came out easily...thank you!

You loosened the Allan bolts?
Is that the type of bolt they are?
I have tried with various Allan keys but nothing is budging them, plus WD40
