THULE Back Box Support Sagging!

We have a Thule storage box on the rear of our van supported by a Thule rack. Unfortunately box and its support is sagging and I'm unsure whether this can be corrected.

Before I start loosening all bolts in sight Anyone have any experience and offer advice?

We used the same rack but with a trigano trailer tent fridge box
If we had more than 20kg in the box it would tilt.
the ball needs to be grease free to clamp tight. Used an IPA wipe before each use.
The straps take no real weight.

One thing's for sure - I have to much weight in the box, I'll empty it tomorrow I was hoping there'd be some kind of adjustment at the hitch!

No adjustment as far as im aware. there are some ball fittings that have a stop that may prevent movement
just have to tighten it up
