Agree with Annie, its a lot of money for an older van, compared with what I sold my 2 year old for.

I thought that too at first, but looking at others it's actually priced about right for what it is and what it has ( Mercedes, air suspension, hydraulic jacks, sat and solar, etc) and is a top spec van. If, and it's a big if, I decide to do something more than kick the tyres, I'd want €10k off the screen price anyway. It just seems so much better quality than a 3/4/5 yr old van of similar money of a more 'conventional' a class style.

Just curious?
These dinette vans never look comfortable, it looks a one person seat with legs up and the seat opposite doesn’t look very comfortable at all, we’ve tried and sat in most of them at shows and apart from one of you seating in the cab seats ( which you’ve just driven down in) they honestly don’t look comfortable at all, we must be loungers?
Glad some of you luv yours thou so I’m just sayingo_O

Check how much a replacement windscreen of that specialist size would cost and even if indeed there are any still around for that model.
I am not joking.
We had a mh with a monster windscreen a few years ago and I discovered after it got a small stone cup that if the chip turned into a proper crack or the windscreen broke that the entire vehicle would essentially literally be a complete write off as there were now no replacement screens for it anywhere in Europe at all.
Went back to a coach built mh on a bog standard Fiat Ducato chassis cab shortly after and have found zero issues with sourcing any spare parts, at very low prices.
It's of course only one factor out of hundreds but it's one that I suspect almost no one ever investigates before buying such a massive screened A- class MH.

It is a lovely looking and well spec"d van , however and this is purely a personal consideration , I also think these forward facing bus seat and other side inward facing short bench are everything bar comfortable ( for extended trips use ) . Our previous van had the dinette layout with one forward facing bus bench seat and other side a very short inward facing seat. It suited us ok for weekends and 1 or 2 week breaks .However any longer than that in the vehicle then the lack of true "lounging" space became evident .This actually was one of the major factors in our deciding to seek out a van with longer inward facing sofa style seats, each side.

Horses for courses on layout. We like the European layout (as we have now in our burstner elegance) but the lounge is too big!
We FT in Europe and are outside 99% of the time - bedroom and kitchen are more important for us. And when I do sit in I love the captains seat!

And there are only us two - so it needs to work for us alone. Don't buy a van for 'guests'!

If the physical condition is as good as it looks and the layout suits you then buy it , we all have different requirements , what the vast majority of others on here think is the bees knees for them I wouldn't entertain , same as they would think my choice is mad.
This is particularly important when you FT as any niggles are affecting you for a longer period . :)

It looks a great van. I suspect it might not sit around for to long before it is sold.

Cab seats are normally the most comfortable in the house, why would you want to sit anywhere else.

I think it's a standard commercial screen should be easy to obtain.

It does appear a bit pricey, but does look good and if you can get a good dollop the the screen price could be a good buy.

It's the usual dilemma - age vs quality (for same amount of money)
After a quick browse on mobile.de, I'm glad I don't have to make your decision, the choice is almost overwhelming

Yes. Indeed. That's exactly what I assumed about the massive screen on ours too.
But in our case whether it was or not at the time the MH was produced, it was NOT by the time I checked if there were any such screens in existence anywhere.
My suggestion is to check for certain rather than assume.

Was just about to add from what I remember at the beer festival you largely lived outside then, and it does sound like it’s just the deal you want to do. It looks very clean and tidy for its year.

That bed looks big enough for a tall man like you so I am with JJ with two hesitations. Firstly if you use the shower is it big enough, difficult to say from that photo but it looks small. Secondly, again if you use your toilet, can you sit on it with the door shut, it looks a very tight fit?

Good luck with your decision.

Actually it's not! Not for what I want (+8m, min 5000kg, island bed and large garage, and preferably a rear wheel drive on a Merc or iveco - up to £80k)
Havd been searching for a few months and only have half a dozen on my watch list!

Would also consider a Hymer S840, Frankia 840 and Pilote G832 but all are really scarce!

Also lhd is a must.

I think it looks fine, but different. If the layout suits, runs ok and the price is right (after some negotiation) then why not. Been round a Cathago Opus great quality.

Know you're happy with the length, but width 2.45 is something to consider. Good luck either way.(y)

I feel that way too - I like a decent size front lounge. I reckon it's near impossible with a fixed bed until you reach 9.5m long.
