Just waiting for Nikki to come home and then we are off to the Peak district. A lovely site in the hills a CL where they are lambing.

All for just £11 pn with electric. More than I would normally pay, but the purpose of this visit is that I am taking part in a 29 mile navigational trail run through the wonderful peak district countryside.

The site is 1.7 miles from the start, I was going to take the car but my good friends from the running club whom are participating with me are picking me up. :thumb:

I hear it's going to be a nice weekend around these parts. I don't mind the cold as it is easy to keep/stay warm.

Got me thinking, I was walking the dog this morning chatting to another dog walker. She said her and her husband love Grand Prix racing and travel around europe watching. She said they would love to buy a camper to tour and watch GP's combining hobbies.

Hobbies can be so well combined with a Motorhome so many opportunites with having a motorhome. You don't have to be a full timer part timer romanticist to enjoy motorhoming.

anyone else have special plans this weekend?

Motorhoming, the way to enjoy your past, present, and your future!!!! go out and buy one :thumb:

We are down your neck of the woods this weekend Paul.
Ralphs picking up a concrete vibrating poker thingy ( oo er missis:Blush: ) hes bought of a retiring builder.
So we thought we would kill 2 birds with 1 stone and make a weekend of it.
Good luck with the run .

Whatever the weather , wherever you are , you know with a motorhome fun is on the menu.:thumb:

Hi Paul, nothing more than a day trip down to sherwood forest for us - not even overnighting. :Smile:Just a case of walking dog and grandson around the walk way from visitor centre to major oak then back to (no doubt) buy him a knight on horseback ::bigsmile: to add to his collection :Smile:Ann will sit in the van and await our return,(her second outing apart from hospital checks since november last year) then onto the Big fish for his staple diet of fish for what will be a late dinner before setting off back home :thumb:

Just booked myself back into the CL at Louth for 10 days while waiting for mum to get out of hospital. Nice to be back again and looking forward to my meal at the steak house this weekend :thumb:

Beautiful view, quiet and only a 15 minute walk to town/pubs. perfect.

We have just picked up the Autoroller 707, currently playing with all the controls etc. Need to start packing for motocross on Saturday/Sunday and then hopefully off to start exploring next week followed by the show at the Bath and West. So excited :ROFLMAO:
