They donโ€™t know how they survived ! ๐Ÿ™„

The unit definitely caught on fire at some point ! ๐Ÿ™„

Ah well he got his Victron Freebies in the end ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†.

I always thought Photonic universe equipment was pretty good . So over dramatic.

I wonder who did the install ? Mr Gadget I bet !

It's just a rebranded epever unit, I have fitted 20+ of the epever ones and have 320w running into my current one, never had a problem but you can always get a duff one of anything ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Or after 2 years after installation things can go wrong in a van , wiring can become loose , exposed , shorts can be more likely. I just thought it was harsh to blame the unit and to say it was โ€œ up in flames โ€œ is over dramatic and is likely to damage the companies reputation.

Seem to be overreacting or possibly just over acting. As the controller is in a metal box it's unlikely to do more than put out some smelly smoke. Surprised the fuses didn't blow but 40A could produce a lot of heat.

Blummin Eck Swifter you had me worried for a minute with that title ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
