We exchange next Monday and Complete/vacate here Monday 1st July...

Afraid so..... was thinking of telling them to take a walk.... But..

Well I hope you are making them pay more this time around, to compensate you for all the inconvenience and loss of interest on the monies had they paid on the original timescale, plus any additional legal fees you have incurred.
