Thetford oven

HI to all, had a bit of a disaster the other day with a chicken dish in foil tray it seemed to jump up "on it's own" and spill some of the contents (cream sauce) on to the burner at the bottom of the oven , got some of it out but now need to get the rest and clean the burners ,so how easy is it to take it out and remove the burner assembly or would it be advisable to get the experts in as i would have to have a gas check anyway ,speedy replies needed as have to get it done asap before we go to Ferry meadows, Thank you

Get the experts!! or at least a gas safe (propane expert)
