Thetford oven door reversal - how to. (1 Viewer)

Hello!

I want to put the hinges of my Thetford oven door on the right hand side. I can see the door is reversible, but, I can't see any nuts/thread on the right, just empty holes. I've had a quick look and can't see how I remove the existing nuts in order to fit them on the opposite side.

I need to ensure there is room to open it fully if course before settling for new opening but any ideas welcomed as to how to swap the hinges over please.

have you undone the existing screws to see whats behind there may be a threaded plate that has to swoip side or it could be you need rivenuts putting in the empty holes if thats arkley in barnet i can do rivinuts for you

Ah, good shout - could be rivnuts. I hadn't thought of that, I'll have a proper look as I know what I'm looking for now (I'd thought it would be a threaded plate but it won't budge...)
