Thetford N175 cleaning pcb (1 Viewer)

Hi all
Common fault I know but have cleaned the burner and adjusted on our Thetford N175 and still not lighting on gas. Before I spend out on a new motherboard would like toc lean the old one in case it makes a difference... have no idea how to do it though! Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

Does the circuit board look rusty ???

We had a similar problem - got the box off then removed the circuit boards dried them thoroughly when I reassembled the box I made sure the box had drainage holes that was 2.5 years ago not had a problem since

which is great considering the cost of a new circuit board

I had same problem and found moving the spark electrode a midges cured it .

Thanks for that and the quick reply, to be honest I haven't even tried to open it as I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing, assume the cover just unscrews or unclips and you go from there... and it will be the box with all the wires going to it

Thanks I have done that, cleaned the electrode and adjusted its position but it has made no difference, tried both gas bottles just in case, have a brand new leisure battery and there is a good spark so it isn't that.
