Thetford N100 on gas (1 Viewer)

The fridge seems to be roaring away on gas permently. It very rarely seems to get up to temp & shut off.
This is causing the work surface and hob above to get very hot!
Is this normal? Is there anything I can check?
On the LCD panel there at 5 bars going from small to large.... is the small bar coldest or is it the other way round??

I think you’ll find it’s the other way round. Small bar= warmest.
Five bars are the coldest.
Try reducucing to 3 bars, sometimes the ‘coldest’ setting isn’t the most efficient.
( Don’t forget trial and error, but at present temperatures the fridge is going to be working hard)
Try turning van to put fridge side in the shade, if possible.

Also worth checking that the vents are clear
