We have a Thetford combined grill and oven. The one with the cooling fan that blows hot gases in your face.
The grill is fine whilst the fan is off, but when the fan cuts in about 50% of the time the flame goes out. Not every time.
So the two jets nearest to the thermo-couple are strong when the fan's off, but when it cuts in they 'flutter', they're in a draught.
I've poked the jets with copper wire, and I've bent the metal gauze above the burner down a bit (to try to keep the thermo-couple hot enough) but it hasn't really helped.
Short of replacing the thermo-couple (I'm in Spain for another month) anything else i can try as I'm getting fed-up of cereals and porridge for breakfast - I have a craving for toast ....
