Have checked fuses all to fridge their OK. Power is to and beyond fuse in floor behind drivers seat. Has anyone got any glues or advice PLEASE

Will it turn on at all, Gas or 12v when the engine is running? Any error codes such as '8' or '1' ?

On our EKS I used to take out the vent covers completely in order to clean out all of the detritus that gathered in there.

In there you'll also find a 5 amp fuse attached to the power board accessed via the lower vent cover.

The power wires (mains 240V, high power 12V and low power 12V) usually go to the back of the fridge near the bottom, and can usually be accessed by removing the lower external vent. From there the high power 12V goes to the fridge heater element, and the low power 12V goes to the ignition block and up to the control board. The control board is at the top of the fridge just behind the controls. If nothing is working it might be a bad connection in the low power supply somewhere.

Be careful around there, some of the wires are the mains 240V supply to the mains element.

As it does not have any life then it is very likely that the problem is not with the fridge unit but a 22v main supply which operates the control panel.
Otherwise the led panel would light up and show a fault code.
Try and track the 12v supply right up to the control panel.

I have checked the fuses in the unit behind the grill and all are OK. 12v is present on the purple wire marked on the board as 12v.. As for checking back to the control panel I really don't know how.

Hi, update on Thetford N97 problem. Had a guy change both the display board and the pcb at the back of the fridge but still no luck. 12v is getting to the cob and fuses all OK even stumped the habitation engineer. Not much hair left to pull out.

Again on the Thetford N97 Fridge.
By putting an external 12V to the unit at back of Fridge everything works. So thank you Jonno1103 it must be in the wiring somewhere. The wiring colour is Brown with a Yellow stripe. which according to the diagram goes to Floor 2 EC500 Control panel.
Can anyone tell me where Floor 2 is on the EC500 unit Please.

This might seem a bit obvious but is the door closed? I tried to start ours but couldn’t because lug that prevents the door closing was engaged.
