Thetford fridge not working.. (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
Im posting this on behalf of my parents, they have a swift escape 2013 with a thetford fridge.
Their drive is quite steep and they put the fridge on to cool last weekend and it didn't cool,but it seems now that its not cooling on the level either..
We removed the fridge and tipped it upside down but still not cooling.. Does anybody have any idea what the problem maybe as they are off to spain next monday.. The gas lights fine also and 240v electrics all good..

Do you know which model Thetford fridge it is (normally on a label inside fridge) and are there any fault codes flashing at the controls.

Maybe the flue needs cleaning or the gas jet .does the gas flame roar when it's lit ?
Try blowing the gas jet with an air aerosol ,the type used for cleaning keyboards
