as some of you will know my fridge wont work on 12v elec and gas are fine previously it was thought that it would be the 12v element and as the fridge needs to come out i have left it for a quiet time ,i ordered a new 12v element and when testing it against mine with the meter set to 200 ohms they both read 0.10 ohms so i assume that my old one is ok . the only other thing i have found that with the engine running i only get a reading of 10.5 volts at the 12v terminals on the pcb any ideas why? and is this a problem?

Fridge won’t work if less than 12v.
Check the cables/connections are sound especially on the board at the bottom of the fridge at the back.
You may have a blown fuse.

hi i have checked the fuses on the pcb at the back all ok all connections are clean and tight its the 10.5 volts that i cant figure out although the voltage required is 10 to 12.5 according to thetford
