Mobilvetta Kea P68 Thetford fridge error code 6.
Can anyone help. I have 0 volts on the fridge output 12v dc in the Nordelettronica NE 196-s fuse box under the floor, connection 2, (JP4 Fridge Output), when the engine is running, (lcd panel 12v dc is ok). 20a fuse in location 2 is ok.
I need to locate the fridge relay (with connections 86; 30; 85 and A8), or inline fuses because I think that is where the fault lies.
I have looked everywhere, in the engine compartment, by the cab battery, under the dashboard, but cannot locate relay or inline fuses. Any help appreciated.

if you look in the b pillar drivers side
there is a removable panel at the bottom there are some fuses in there on my 2017 ducato

Thanks - just had all the passenger b pillar side panels off, nothing there, but there are three thick red cables running from battery, I'm sure one must be to the fuse box. Will try drivers side.

apparently its where fiat put the wiring for the converters to connect to

Turn fridge off then on it should then auto select power source.🍻

if you click on resources at the top of the home page go to page 4 scroll down a couple and you will find the converters manual it may be of some use

Found it! (y) Relay and 10a fuse, now to test them, thank you so much.

Right back to square one!
Replaced the three relays in the B pillar and the 10amp fuse is ok. Still error 6 when engine running.
Double checked 20amp and 1amp fuse in control box at back of fridge and they are ok.
I have seen mentioned elsewhere about checking the D+ signal from the alternator, but I do not know how to do that or locate it, any help regarding that would be gratefully received.

Update - sorted - but what a pain, could not trace D+ wire back from fuse box. In the end rewired a new relay and bypassed the fuse box, so at least I know where the fridge wiring is in the future.
No idea what the 'rats nest' of wires, connectors and relays in the B-pillar are for, made no sense tracing the circuits.
Happy days, fridge now works on 12v with engine running, off to Cornwall next week, just as the weather changes!
