Have for some time been finding fresh water in the tray under the toilet casette when I've taken it out for emptying. Have traced it back to the 'vacuum assembly' which is fitted after the valve on the final hose that fits into the toilet bowl. It seems to leak or almost squirt water out of the vent hole on the end of the assembly as the pump shuts off after flushing.
Is this normal and meant to happen to some extent? There appears to be a built in drainage channel in the moulding to allow water to escape.

I've removed it for the time being.

Any thoughts, Dave

 Sussed it! As far as I can see the vacuum unit needs to be horizontal with the vent hole facing up. In that position it doesn't vent any water but still does the job of preventing any nasties from getting back into the fresh water system. Somehow mine had become dislodged and was lying sideways. :)
