Does anyone know how the above is mounted to the MH floor ? I believe we have a leak on the fresh water flush supply possibly the clip on the bowel spout. This model is fed from the main fresh water tank .

Might just need to remove the seat from inside the cassette area, not an easy job.

Hi remove cassette and it will more than likely be screwed to the floor ....uncouple wires and you should be able to remove the whole loo to work on

Are you sure it’s not just a leak around the cassette seal?

Is the OP saying that the flush outlet in the bowl is dribbling and filling up the bowl?

I've had this problem. Cause was grit in the electronic operated valve located just below the upper surface of the toilet - accessible from the top of the toilet. I used compressed air to clear the grit/debris from the inside of the valve.
