Thetford C223-CS not flushing

Hello !

My new 1 year-old MH has an intermittent flushing problem. The cassette toilet uses the motorhome pressured water system for flushing. The pump is working because all the taps are working fine with the on-board water tank full.

I'm not sure where to go from here, I suppose it could be a switch problem ?

Any help appreciated !

as its intermittent it could well be the pressure pad switch, i'd have a look at the connections on the back if you are able.

if you have a microswitched systen#m it could be the microswitch in the toilet

It's solved it was ............... USER ERROR.......

The Thetford has it's own small low pressure pump which goes through the Accessory button on the Control Panel. I thought it was fed from the main pump so I had the Taps button on the Control Panel on. I guess the pressure on the main pump is too great for the flush.

I've a lot to learn.
