John, 120 vans, amazing. just a thought, you could maybe hire a chemical toilet dump, like at the Upton blues festival. Could help take the strain, no pun intended.

I have to book them a week in advance... But the deliveries WILL be staggered from about 1900 to 2100 same as last time
The rugby club is mains drained as far as I know.. They had it put in about 4 years ago and the elsan point goes into the drain

Just taken some quick and rough measurements off of Google maps and applying sensible distancing between vans, it looks like you can get a little over 200 vans on the top field alone.

Thats right.. At a guess I would say the limit is about 250 to 300 vans

Last Bash we had to trample down loads of nettles to get to the drain (and despite wearing trousers, I still got stung ). Can we ask them if they would strim them away John?

50 down for the peds. But that is why I have rebuilt ALL of them and added another too

Thats 8 heats, first 3 go forward so 24

4 1/4 finals, first 3 go forward down to 12

2 semi finals first 3 go forward down to 6

Then the Finals

I am 100% certain that John Jaws and the bar manager will find a safe way to open the bar, but should they fail, that with c120 vans, the collective brains will.
Let's just hope for some good weather so we can be socially distanced and spread around outside.
