One of the hob rings on our Hobby 700 fails to stay lit. I believe it is a faulty thermocouple. How difficult are these to change and are they readily available? The current wife struggles to cook a gormet meal on just two rings! So is it easier to change the thermocouple or change the wife!!

May not be as complicated as that. We had the same problem and Johns Cross workshop just blew a load of crud out of the pipes with an airline and all is now fine.
