The Wagon is back in Portugal!

It rained all the way down through France and most of Spain. I have just got into Portugal (Vila Formosa crossing) and whilst it isn't sunny at least it is not raining...

Should working away at Quinta Majay on Sunday!

jj. peniche is one of the best surf places in portugal .usually a big surf comp about easter good live bands etc . west coast between coimbra and lisbon. famous for super tubes,you dont know what you are missing.

Thanks for the info Alan... no wonder I hadn't heard of it as surfing (the sea rather than the web) is not really on my list of must do's before I die list. The skill, fitness and bravery required aren't in my make up. Never mind the thought of sand inside your wetsuit... yuuukk.

jj from your place head to the sea .at sao pedro de muel turn left. have an adventure.dont forget your swimming cossy. ericeira further down is also a surfing mecca. peniche had a big ship stuck on the rocks a few years ago when i was visiting .a very big storm that night .question do you ever go to the market at arganil, very good one . havefun .cheers alan.

jj .before i leave this winter i must pick up some photos from when i was younger think i looked like your twin years ago .still have a white arran jumper matches my hair colour now. maybe around early nx year. will bring a spare board and suit .you only live once.

Well I think I might have a go at fishing from the cliffs now, the have made some amazing
platforms to hang your rod out from the cliff face !
