The Snow arrived, how bad is it where you are? (1 Viewer)

Just been for a walk in the woods with our dog and in places it was 8 inches deep (20 cm for any young ones.) The snow still brings out the inner kid in me.

The main road past our house has not been cleared at all yet and thankfully the few using it are mostly taking it easy.

Presumably Milton Keynes council have decided to wait until the snow stops later today before the clear up.

Here at Love2Stay site in Shrewsbury, in the caravan,

we had about 6 inches on Thursday night and, after it had mostly thawed by yesterday we had this much overnight so we are Love2Staying for a few more days. Creating havoc with our plans but safety first.

It started in Devizes about five minutes ago, but in Swindon, according to local radio, they have had a lot with roads in a very dodgy state.

Best not to go out in it but if you really do then please take care.

Heavy Rain Last night in Camberley, drizzle this morning, got warmer a bit, then started to snow at 12.30, not settling yet, but might well do later. Think we may be in for some on Monday according to the to the BBC, but what do they know? we usually dont get any until May!
