The misterious dash light...... (1 Viewer)

Just had my ", cluster" done by Cartronics and they rang to say that there was a problem with the dash "glowing bulb" showing and it was a not failure ...was interested until they wanted another £100 (was £150 normally ) haven't bothered with the offer...just the clocks done.I though the light told you a bulb had gone ?

You'll need it fixed before your next MOT... Any dash lights which shouldn't be lit is a fail.

Been told that it is a known fault and intermittent ..not any easy thing to find the cause

Glow plug light on mine goes out if it wants to spotted but not failed at MOT this year

My mot man said as long as the lights work ok it will be fine ....as it happens I have found bad connection and light is now out and I am £100 in pocket !!!
