Even though the site is near the ring road (so easy to get to) we found The Ketch very restful.
It's mainly a park home site but has about 2 dozen touring pitches on a lower terrace right on the banks of the Severn.
It cost us £15 a night including electric when we were there at the beginning of this month.
There are bus stops for Worcester, Upton & Pershore 5 minutes away. Toby Carvery next door and a Harvester pub near the bus stops.
Anglers can purchase a fishing permit. Otherwise, just watch the fish jumping, the heron looking for food and the swifts catching insects.
