I do like the idea of fitting a secret switch to the fuel pump on my 2019 Ducato .
So much so that I decided to have a look under the bonnet.
Modern vehicles 🤬
What does the thing look like ? And roughly where is it located 🙄
Thanks

On the right of and next to the left hand seat is a panel in the floor. Look under there

Thanks berni , no wonder I couldn’t find it , that should make for an easier switch install (hopefully)

many many years! since I was a kid
As said, the wiring is by the tank under the cab floor, accessed by the hatch plate. Or go for the relay which is under the bonnet in the fuse box on the uk nearside inner wing

The pump is in the tank in common with most other vehicles.

I'm a newbie
? So do modern diesels have a low pressure pump in the diesel tank that feeds the high pressure pump to the injectors then as I have not heard of an electric driven high pressure diesel fuel pump in tank only
