When and if he's in your area isn't the same as having an appointment though is it? I imagine he's very busy so if he's not persued he'd likely forget an follow the priorities

I am sticking to my guns on this one Andy. I found him to be unreliable. I don't tell someone I'll be in touch, then don't. Apart from being unreliable, it is rude not to return the customer's communication, especially when you have indicated that you will.

So have you got another suggestion for Andy
I am lead to believe that he is very good with fridges so much so he's nicknamed Phil the fridge
If my fridge needed work beyond my ability I would use him
A review based on no work done would not put me off

Nope. Try the chap and see how you get on @Drexxer.

According to his field colleagues, he's also supposed to be the only one who knows anything about Electrolux/Dometic gennies, which is why I contacted him, but he wasn't prepared to come to me specifically, but would gather the info needed and be in touch to arrange a repair date, when he knew he'd be in the area.

As I said previously, I'm still waiting. All he had to do was phone me back and communicate.

@Techno, it doesn't happen very often Andy (thankfully), but on this occasion, we are going to have to "agree to differ" on the subject of Phil's relaibility, (not his capability).
