The other week we had a wander round one of our local MH Dealers. As we walked round this rather expensive Swift the floor just gave way. No idea what happened but it was a bit of a shock. Not much holding this £80,000 MH together just a few staples. Thought Swift had started putting them together a bit better than this.

There is a piece of wood on each end and a plastic clip but nothing to support the sides of the trap door. How do they expect staples to hold into the side of plywood. Even the plywood looks cheap and not even finished just cut out and left as raw edges.

We’ve had 2 floor hatches fail on the HYMER pig and now have water pouring in so definitely not the quality product many will try and persuade you it is ??
