We’re on the Ayr aire it’s packed but not with motorhomes there’s only 4 of us here but the cars have parked in the motorhome spaces as the car park is full.
Maybe it’s because it’s bank holiday and the weather is great but anyone trying to get in now is out of luck

Yep very warm here there are a lot of sunburnt people coming off the beach at the moment some look as though this is the 1st time they’ve seen it this year

Oh that old thing, It can change several times a day here especially as time gets closer. I’d rather look out the window. All last week it showed this weekend to be gorgeous. What’s it doing now..

Hi Sandra, further to my message posted 30th May about attending this rally and having never received any reply , we were intending to come anyway but unfortunately we could not come as the gearbox on motorhome gave up the 6th gear.
It is still in the garage at the moment and been quoted £4500+ to replace !!
Garage owner tells me if he can get the parts then he will strip and rebuild it at a far less cost , so fingers crossed.
We have booked and paid for Lochore and here's hoping that it will all be fixed by then !!
Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Not long back home after our maiden rally! We have definitely lost our rally virginity, been all through the van cupboards and checked the 'ski cupboard', aka The Broom Cupboard and there's no sign of it anywhere ...

Friendship was really good, and we learned loads of info and tips from the more seasoned attendees! Thanks to Sandra and her team for the work to make the event a success, and for providing the translation service to other M/Homers who struggled with the concept of 'This is a Private Rally ...'.

And to those who managed to avoid us this weekend; we'll get you at Lochore, promise
