Went out for a run this morning with Der Fuhrer, into Preston. Went into the new Campbells MH place on Blackpool road, just for a look, (as one does). In the corner was a very smart looking 2006 Compass Avantgarde 120.
Liked the compact look of it at once. We clambered in, and yes, great layout, lower luton bed then our Hymer........And as we looked, the more interested I got.........Shall we grab a salesman? Right!! That 'IT'S MINE' moment.......Then, as I got out, something caught my eye. Just behind the door jamb, where the winder for the awning lives, a strange mark.....
Ceiling to floor, a strip about half an inch, dried out damp stained wallpaper. You could hardly see it at first......
We walked away, a little miffed. The truck was 20K.

I wouldn't go near that company after the sponge they sold us. Marquis have a big event this weekend - some great savings on new and old.

are you sure it was dried out damp and not a glue stain.

Seems odd it should be a uniform 1/2" wide all the way down.

Damp ingress i would expect to be larger at the point of entry and getting narrower as it got lower.
