Mainly for the far eastern market,I have been looking for one for a year or so, then 2 came up at once onFleabay.
It is a 400cc single using a smaller version of the XBR FVC engine,only about 30 bhp, but enough for this type of bike, weighs about 160KG, my only reservation is the 850mm seat height, I have dropped the forks through the top yoke about 20mm, which has helped, but could do with being about 40-50mm lower for my short legs, I will have to see if I can source some different dog bones to improve it even more.
The only trouble now is, my garage is full again,my RD350 is now up for sale.
