Due to my failure to update the credit card on the Lebara in our nonstarter it expired. Only realised when I got a new phone and tried to change the number. I contacted lebara and they could not reactivate it so had to have a new sim. Ashley talked me through changing it over the course of 3 further phonecalls, by the third call I had purchased a nice set of normal screw drivers plus a set of torx screwdrivers so was finally able to do it! Ii have programmed it successfully, the only problem is that it phones as well as texts but provided we decline the calls we only get charged for the text. Reminder on phone to update card before it runs out and do the check texts.
