Just got back from a month tour of France and we would like to say thank you -

Thanks to being a member of Motorhome Fun we have done the following -

After reading various threads we purchased an Easy Lifter Hydra Trail Trailer - 2500 miles of uneventful towing and money saved on Ferry Costs. The trailer makes light work of towing and never need to think /worry about reversing.

As recommended by someone (can't remember who) purchased on EBay 1 x Wired Reversing Camera with Mirror Mounted Monitor for £38 - fantastic value and works a treat.

Again recommended on here, return crossing on My Ferrylink.Com £47.50

Dave Newell was recommended and we had Cruise Control
fitted - driving was far more relaxed and the miles just slid by.

Brilliant forum with some brilliant advice/people.

We are just back also from a month in France.

Like you I had Cruise fitted and it worked like a dream....

We now have electric bikes due to age, Knees, back etc and these were brilliant too...

We were told by many to go to the Isle Du Re...so we did and it was a bikers paradise

Back home and its dark and cold....brrrr

    Hi,

Like yourselves we usually take our two electric bikes but this year we bought a new Kisbee 100cc Scooter and trailer to enable us to explore further afield. We had a brilliant time, we scootered into Monaco, though the incredibly busy Nice and climbed as high as 3500ft on it and always so easy to park. It only costs £6 to fill and covers 100miles per tank. (y)

Having said all that we really missed our bikes as so many places we discovered would have been fun to explore on them.

    Rob
