When we bought our Motorhome the Gaslow filler was (and still is) in the door which opens upwards. Last weekend I went to turn the Gas on and could smell and hear Gas. I quickly discovered that pipe to the filler point was leaking where it joined the filler point itself. (Thank goodness for Duct tape!)
We went to Caravan Tech and Johns Cross but they didnt stock the 1.5m pipe (it only comes with the Filler Kit)
Called Gaslow and they said return the pipe to them. Yesterday received brand new 1.5m pipe FOC.
Now fitted with a 90 degree elbow on the Filler end all looks good.
Only Question I have is - Is there a way to test the connections without filling up with Gas? (my usual Gas Fitter is away and I cant contact him)
