Text size keeps changing by itself (1 Viewer)

I am having a problem with my Toshiba laptop (running Windows 10) in that when typing a document e.g. word or e-mail, the text size will start changing of its own accord- going into all sizes-larger and smaller.

Does anyone know why this might be happening and a cure?

I also run Windows 10 on a desk top and don't have the problem on this.

Are you possibly catching the touch pad without realising it? That has happened to me a few times.

I wonder if one of the keys is stuck. Turn the laptop off, turn it upside down and tap it gently (but firmly) to try to dislodge any crumbs that might be lurking under the keys. I sometimes find missing sandwiches under mine!
Also, try pressing all the keys in turn to make sure they move freely down and back up. You'll soon feel if one of them is sticking.

It's usually because the cursor is lurking around the Fonts box on the toolbar.
