The secret of shows is never to pay the full price. Grab the reduced rate tickets from the clubs while they're on offer, seniors discounts, win them from Fun, anything but forking out the full price on the day.

First year under our belt!
Exactly, if you don't like the idea of having to pay £10 then don't go that is your right. Unfortunately those same rights don't exist with the BBC licence as you have to pay that whether you want to watch the BBC or not.

Well... that's not strictly true.

I don't expect any of you would pay £10 to go into any supermarket!

Why do we pay to go into a large shopping areas.

Which are called motor home shows?

It could cost you a lot more than £10.00 if you stayed longer than the free 90 minutes most supermarket,s now impose.

I think they do or Warners would not be doing it for fun, and they charge all and everyone.
As I and Abacist pointed out above, promoters take the risk of hoping they attract enough exhibitors visitors. That isn't guaranteed. I don't know if Warners made a profit at the Peterborough monsoon 3 years ago but their income was certainly down on expectations (and normal years) because the weather put so many off.

I'm confused. Can't find anything online about Tesco £10 charge ( for parking? Or to shop?)
Or does it mean Tesco is organising a motorhome show at £10 entry ? ( not likely I'd have thought) This is what b****** gardening does to my brain......

I suggest you read the label on the weed killer and in future use all the recommended protective equipment.

It costs a lot of money to hire the East of England showground , some events have now moved to Newark as the one at Peterborough is charging too much , it is the opinion of some locals that this is due to it being sold off piece by piece for housing projects , the prices at Peterborough will continue to rise ,the owners want to sell it off to housing developers , your lucky if its still only a tenner
