How many points do you need for ferry / tunnel crossing?

Since 2005
clubcard points are converted to three times their 'cash in' value and you must convert them to vouchers for your chosen means of travel.

You need to work out the cost of travel then calculate how many points you have.
You can pay in full with vouchers if you have enough or pay in part with a cash adjustment.

I assume you know vouchers can only be used on the tunnel and irish ferries now.

You cant use them on cross channel ferries.

Today I booked a crossing on Eurotunnel in September for 9 nights but I've booked busy crossing times i.e. Friday evening out & Sunday afternoon back it was £197. I used £65 worth of clubcard points which x3 gave me £195 to spend on the tunnel so I only paid £2 difference. You can get the price down if you can travel either very early or very late in the day or midweek.
