Sadly the powers that be have seen fit to install a 2.8m height barrier at the entrance to the supermarket itself. Fuelling up is no problem but woe betide anyone who tries to go shopping!!!! Could be a interesting reversing manoeuvre back out. :(:(

If our local Tesco were to install a similar height barrier that could prevent the Community Bus dropping off and picking up disabled and elderly shoppers.

Our mh is 2.85M if I lived there I'd be going with a tape measure, or better a laser measure and measuring the barrier height, it may say 2.8M but that does not mean it is exactly that, they usually allow a few cms to clear them of any claims etc

Other shops are available. It's annoying but how many customers will they actually lose?
We have two large Tesco's in this area with only 'under the building' parking.

Not wishing to jump to their defence, but I believe they have had massive problems with persons of the 'travelling' persuasion. It was sadly inevitable in the end, the said travellers will simply relocate back to Tower Park roundabout. Why do they favour that site? :D
