My daughter bless her lost her car electronic fob near Luton Airport yesterday. She phoned the RAC who transferred her to their locksmith specialised who were unable to source her fob and codes until Tuesday, they then transfered her back to rac who then relayed her and car back to her home address. Flipping excellent service by friendly staff. From her first phone call she was home indoors in less than three hours. 10/10 for the RAC.

That's good, when my daughter's car broke down the AA took over 4 hours to collect her. Once they did the service was excellent though

Nice to see a positive post on the forum rather than an unnecessary whinge about someone's pet hate of the moment.
