Depending on which temperature gauge (or do you mean sensor), is this thread from earlier today any help ?
External temp sensor
2007 B544 For some reason best known to itself, the display panel has decided it,s minus 40 outside. Any ideas please?

On your motorhome it is most likely to be fixed on a steel member in front of the front right hand wheel. Very small black thermistor stuck on the member and attached to a thin wire. Easy to buy a new one on Ebay for about a tenner and easy to mastic on and join the wires.
