We have a 2016 Swift bolero 724FB , when we purchased the Swift we had fitted an Telesat Easysat Smart Flat 85
When have found an issue when the roof vent is open we cant turn the sat dish on because when it auto searches it hits the open vent.
We have been told because of the roof space on our Bolero this is normal
Has any body else had these issues
Thanks Darren

A Woosh bang
not normal.. it may be a mistake and that's just an excuse.. or that's the only possible position

a photo of the roof required to say whether it could be re-sited.

If it was true you would have thought they would point out the restriction first

Full Time 2011-2013, now part timers!
Depends how much space there is, but they should’ve told you it was an issue.we had the same on our last van (but hubby fitted the satellite), so, after we broke the heiki we remembered to not use it if we wanted to watch tv!

We got this fitted at main dealer Camper UK, we have been told that there is no room on the roof to locate it (solar panel etc) in any other place and that they should of told us this last year when they fitted it, that when the dish is searching the roof vent should be closed to prevent the dish from colliding with the roof vent
