TdF on ITV4 (1 Viewer)

This is the first time we've been abroad with a satellite dish, but we can't work out how to find ITV4 so we can watch the TdF highlights. We've found lots of other UK channels on Astra 28E but not ITV4. Any ideas what we're doing wrong?

Depends where you are "abroad", and what size dish you are using, as it may be your dish is too small for where you are to receive the channel. Or your dish is not aligned correctly / accurately enough.
Although you say you have " found lots of other UK channels on Astra 28E", if these include BBC or other ITV channels then you are almost there, and your dish may just need very fine tuning. If you cannot get any BBC or ITV channels, then as mentioned your dishis either way out of alignment, or way too small.

If in France or Spain, then the TdF will be on the local terrestrial (aerial) service.

Or align a dish to Astra 1 at 19 east and watch it live and free on German Eurosport

Are you getting any ITV channels?
If not, could it be the associated transponder isn't set-up on your receiver? Satandpcguy ??
I know we can "delete" specific transponders to reduce the "foreign \ selling clutter".

Along with the other ITV channels hence my questions of "any ITV channels and is the transponder "tuned in"?

Thanks for the tips ...we had other ITV channels but just not ITV4. Retuned the TV and have found it......the satellite came already installed on our new (to us) MH so no manuals or anything. Its a learning curve

Maybe you can find it on Eurosport ? although that means the full show.
