We really like our Taylormade long screens but not keen the elastic bonnet straps so will be trying fitting extra magnetic "hedgehogs" along the bottom front edge Velcro & not bother with the strap.
We keep seeing them on silver screens that we have been helping motorhoming friends to sell & they are strong magnets so think they will do the job - a Velcro backed long magnetic strip may work better but might cause problems when folding the screen up for storage.These are what they look like & haven't checked but understand that they are around £2.50 each to buy from Taylormade
