Hi is anyone taxing there van because mine is £245.00 year for 2999cc LPG
Is this a lot or are you paying the same I paid £165 last year .

Private h g v .but they have me down as private light goods. P L G is there a different rate then ?

Sounds like a cock up on the V5 or with DLVA...
What is your MAM / Gross / max vehicle weight ??? If it's plated for over 3500kg then Private HGV and £165.
3500kg and under you actually pay more.

yes private heavy goods is only £165

Well I taxed ours this week went to Post office with V5 & V5c MOT certificate and V62 and my DLA exemption certificate

Post Office said that DVLA didn't need the V62 because I had the V5

and it cost me nothing thanks to the last form

and despite a previous of PRivate HGV the DWP exemption due to me getting Mobility part of DLA means no tax to pay

Nice one for a change
