Knowing how much funsters like to talk dirty (It seems we are never more than a few days from a posting about toilets...) I am wondering if you anyone has any tips on cleaning the MH?

What's the best way to get rid of the black streaks that appear on the sides of the MH after a while - it seems to happen where there is water run off or drip points (below trims or down the walls from the roof)

And is there anyway to prevent them?
