I know you can't take meat or dairy but has anyone got information about dried foods, eg. Cupasoups, instant mash, tinned food etc.
Can you take these or will they be confiscated?

Our plan is just to take whatevers left in the fridge at home with us to avoid wastage. A supermarket is our first stop when we get to France, to get wine cheese and all the other things the French do so well
Your instant mash will be no problem (though swmbo would have a fit if anyone suggested using it)

Nearly 35 years ago my then girlfriend now wife used “smash”, once and once only.
We had a take away that night and never speak of the stuff again!

Honestly it's improved. Idahoan brand is lovely, the cheese one. My husband is recovering from 5 implants and can't chew at the mo, no teeth. So this and soup is his diet for a few weeks!!! Poor thing

You should give Idahoan cheese a try, my reason is my husband has just had 5 implants and will struggle to chew for a few weeks as no teeth at all!!! Yes, supermarket for me anyway when we arrive. Thanks for reply.
