hi guys , can someone tell me, when you are using your tablets on GPS mode [if it has that facility] in your van, can they be left plugged into a 12v supply or do they have to be charged up and run connection free ? the reason i ask is that, if they have to be run under their own steam [after a overnight charge] how many hours would you get out of a 9" tablet on GPS mode ? cheers garry

Run with charger in place... Cant see and issues and I guess many use their tablets while being charged..

For best possible performance and battery life like all lithium powered phones. Run down to 20% then charge to 100%. Leaving plugged in will reduce the batteries life. Charging overnight is not recommended.
Having said that, Android batteries are cheap enough to replace.:thumb:
