I am a new owner of a T695G Delfin 2005. The starter battery is under the floor between the front seats and I have 2 leisure batteries under the RH saloon seat. I am about to store the vehicle for 4 months. With my camper vans I always just disconnected all the batteries (both terminals), after fully charging them and leaving them in situ. Is there any reason why I shouldn't do this on the T695G fitted with an E Box?

None at all, so long as you realise you will defeat any security alarm and cut off any solar charging you may have by doing so
If its your preference why not fit battery Isolater switches somewhere handier whilst you have your seats out

Yes good idea and thanks for the reply. I have 2 leisure batteries connected in parallel, do I just fit the isolator to the negative terminal of one of the batteries?

Not quite get the wrong one and you might leave one battery connected
the very term isolate means all connections so if you choose to use the Neg then it should be the Batt Neg and actual Body connection cable that the idolater breaks, ie kills all Neg cables to bodywork at the same time
