How do you play Netflix on smart tv through iPhone? Please make it simple

Connect the tv to your phones internet (tv uses the phones WiFi as a hotspot/tethering)

On iPhone - go to settings - personal hotspot - turn on & select wifi
on tv - network settings - select iPhone - enter password shown on iPhone - tv now connected to internet via phone
use Netflix app on tv
